Any of the Harmonic Life Meditations requires no special equipment, and is not complicated to learn. It can be practiced anywhere, at any given moment, and it is not time consuming (15-20 min. per day is good). Best of all, meditation has NO negative side effects. Bottom line, there is nothing but positive only to be gained by inserting meditation in your routine. Although meditation is an important spiritual practice in many religious and spiritual traditions but it can be practiced by anyone regardless of their religious or cultural background to relieve stress and pain of any sort.

Though, most medical practitioners didn’t believe earlier that mediation can heal diseases but now in the recent past scientific studies have proved that meditative practices are beneficial even in improving physical conditions and not just calming the mind.
